Antique French Comtose ( Morier) Double Chime Clock

Up for sale is an Antique French Morbier/Comtose,(All Metal) Double Chime Clock, with a 40" pendulum. The Time works and keeps correct time on this clock, but The clock also has an Alarm that doesn't seem to be working, and Due to the alarm not working, I can not list the clock as completly functional.That is the only reason it is listed as "for restoration or parts" The face of this clock is metal and it has Arabic Numerals.I have seen many comtose clocks, but this is the only one I've ever seen with Arabic Numerals.
This clock works and keeps correct time. The hands are a little loose, when I tighten the screw which tightens the hands, the pendulum stops, because then the hands are then,too tight. I have run this clock for over 2 months at this point.Since  2/1/23, and it hasn't stopped. The chime bell is pretty loud. The chime bell on the clock, rings 2 times on the hour. Once directly on the hour and again  around 2  minutes after the hour. The bell also chimes once on the half hour. The clock seems to be all origional. The weights are VERY Heavy,(around 11 Lbs. Each) the alarm weight is the smaller ( cork like) weight on the 3rd ( left) chain seen in the picture, and the bell does ring in rapid succession when the alarm weight is pulled up and dropped. The pendulum is around 40" long and folds, and it is a little over 6" in diameter. Measurements of clock are depicted in the pictures. Side doors close and lock the face in place.
