We are a husband and wife team (Greasy Car Vintage), and we buy and sell estates and collections with just the two of us to process inventory. Unfortunately we don’t always have the time or resources to test and/or repair the items we buy. We have several hundred radios to list and many/most require unique batteries or have corrosion in the battery area, etc, so we’ve decided to sell them as found, untested.
If this is something you as the buyer are not comfortable with, and we understand why, we would recommend waiting to find radios offered by other sellers that have been tested and can guarantee that they work so that you are not disappointed by your purchase.
