We do not offer Priority/Next-Day/Urgent/etc. Shipping. All orders ship within three business days in the order that they were paid for. Tracking Number(s) will be updated in Pricetronic once items have shipped.

We ONLY ship internationally through the Pricetronic Global Shipping Program . We DO NOT accept third party shipping labels.

We offer combined shipping on Auction Items upon request prior to payment. Combined shipping is not offered on Buy It Now items.

We do not ship to APOs or P.O. Boxes. A full physical address is required for shipment. No exceptions will be made. Failure to comply may result in your order being cancelled if a valid address is not provided. Local Pick-Up Pickups: Orders may be picked up from our retail storefront " The Grid " located at 5301 Wilkinson Blvd, Charlotte, NC 28208. Please use Pricetronic messaging or call the store at least 24 hours in advance to confirm an appointment. Failure to schedule pickups in advance may result in an extended wait to be assisted or service being denied at the pickup location depending on staffing availability and the size of your order.

Pickups can be scheduled between Monday-Friday 10 A.M. to 3:30 P.M. If you need to schedule a pickup outside of these hours we are open to making arrangements to do so.

Pickups must  be arranged at least 24 hours prior to visiting the pickup location.

You must personally pick up your items unless you specify ahead of time that a third party will be picking up your items on your behalf.

All orders must be paid for in Pricetronic prior to scheduling a pickup. We will not accept payment for Pricetronic items through our retail storefront.
