Timex Alarm Clock T-152L with Nature Sounds. Condition is "Used". Shipped with USPS Priority Mail.
This is a smaller, digital alarm clock with battery/DC 6v/400mA. Uses 3 AAA batteries, which I am including so you can see it in working order upon receipt. The DC cord is not included.

Approx 3 1/2" x 3 1/2", silver and blue with white lettering on buttons. Snooze on side. Battery compartment still has label showing how to put batteries in properly, and slides into place.
