Vintage 80s Sound Design Alarm Clock

Vintage 80s Sound Design Alarm Clock Radio Phone Cassette Player 7580IVY RARE. Tested Radio works fine. Was unable to test cassette player, I didint have one around the functions worked such as fast forward it was spinning to do so. I did plug the phone in and did not hear a dial tone that could be cause mine is not working in my house or because it is faulty I’m not sure I’m not an electronic guy.
