Vintage Artin? Industrial Flip Clock

Made in Hong Kong. Designers delight ! MCM ! ? There is no "ARTIN" label  on it that I can see, BUT the model 3500 matches as does the style and exact shape and dial on the side the back matches up as well. Please understand that you be the judge on the maker. I dont know. Bought at an estate sale recently. See pictures and video for condition description. NOTE: there is a small pink mark on the back, as I zoom in on it , it appears to be glitter nail polish, it is raised slightly so it is not a scratch or pit. I did not want to do any damage to try nail polish remover so I will leave it to the buyer to clean or leave as is. I will Ad pictures in the sun instead of flash indoor to show off the white holding strong. please ask questions before purchase, Pictures are the condition description.
