Vintage Digital Heathkit Alarm Clock

As you can see, the middle display is experiencing some dimming or similar issue.  The hour switch changes the hour, the minute switch changes the minute.  The first couple display pics are before I switched the time switch.  Then I also switched the alarm switch.  The rear right switch (the one with the sticker next to it)  sounded an alarm when the alarm switch was on. The alarm sounds kind of weak, not sure if it could be louder.  When I switched the alarm off, it went into clock mode, where it counted seconds, and I was able to check the hour and  minute switch, as noted above.  The back left switch is a momentary switch that I think is a snooze?  It didn't do anything in the course of my cursory testing, but I didn't make the effort to set the alarm nor see if the alarm would then sound.
